Venu Engineering

About 30 years ago, a team of dynamic, determined engineering professionals started Venu Engineering services to manufacture auto components for leading manufacturers like TVS and Rane. Today, the company owns world-class infrastructure, advanced technology and a portfolio of premium quality products.

Venu Engineering Services Private Limited was established in 1988, at SIPCOT Industrial Park, Sriperumbadur. Our 8000sq ft manufacturing facility provides wide range of valuable capabilities to meet the customer needs. We manufacture high accuracy precision machined components, fine blanking dies, press tools, jigs, fixtures and customized components.

Equipped with more than 20 precision CNC turning and milling centers and numerous conventional machines with inspection facilities like CMM which capable of measuring microns.
Designed and developed specialized hydraulic clamping on VMC machines by continual Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), resulting in reduced cycle time by 20%.
High speed and high accuracy CNC wirecut machine in Toolroom for precision fine blanking punches and dies, ensuring on-time delivery and unparalleled quality.
